arrival
We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and enjoy a complementary foot soak and tea service. Our complementary steam room and monsoon shower, may be reserved before or after your treatment. Steam room reservations may be cancelled without notice if needed for body treatments, as it is private and may only accommodate one person or couple at a time.

For your full enjoyment of an uninterrupted service and as a courtesy to other guests, cell phones should be silenced.
scheduling and cancellations
We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the spa to secure a preferred time. You may also schedule appointments online.
Please provide twenty-four hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
insurance billing
Most of our services are covered by health insurance. Massage therapy may require a referral from a chiropractor or physician as part of a prescribed treatment plan. All of our practitioners are contracted with most major insurance companies, billing service will be provided with verbal confirmation of coverage by the insurance provider. Please call for further details.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be purchased at the spa, over the phone or online.
parking
Metered street parking is available for 75 cents per hour. The meters accept coins and credit cards.
